Public invited to March 4 community forum

HSD is hosting a community forum Monday, March 4, where district residents may participate in the process of selecting the district’s next superintendent.

From 5 to 5:15 p.m., attendees will be invited to submit interview questions. Then, beginning at 5:30, they are invited to observe as Roger Rada of Northwest Leadership Associates, which is conducting the superintendent search process, interviews candidates, one at a time, for a half hour each.

At the end of the interviews, attendees are invited to submit feedback forms and join the candidates for coffee and cookies.

The event will be held at Hockinson High School in the multi-purpose room.

Sandra Yager, who has served as superintendent of HSD for eight years, resigned her position in November, effective at the end of the school year.
