Hockinson Community Education

I have a background in early learning and family education, and I’m excited to work with and get to know Hockinson students and families. I enjoy traveling, spending time with my three grown daughters, and caring for our many family pets.

I grew up in Hockinson where I met my husband in elementary school. Needless to say, this small town has a special place in my heart. Staying local, I furthered my education in Human Development and Psychology. Now I stay busy raising two sweet kids.

I joined the ASA staff team during the 2023-2024 school year after having a great experience as a Camp Hock staff member in the summer of 2023. In addition to ASA, I coach Varsity Cheer at HHS and volunteer coaching cheerleading for kids Kindergarten-8th grade.

I started my job as a childcare assistant in 2022 after graduating from Hockinson HS. Since then, I’ve worked at ASA whenever I am home from college for both after school care and summer camp! I recently earned my B.A. in Elementary Ed and plan to get my masters degree.

I attended HSD for K-12 and am now earning my bachelors in Chemistry at WSUV. Following my bachelors, I plan on getting a masters in Education to become a high school chemistry teacher.

I’m a senior at Hockinson High School as well as a Running Start student. At HHS I am heavily involved in the Band program along with a few clubs. I’ve had the privilege of working at ASA since September of 2024.

This year, I will be attending Cascadia Tech's Teaching Academy, where I'm excited to explore my interest in working with children. I am looking forward to a career in a field where I can make a positive impact on young people's lives.

I am involved in the band I play the alto saxophone. I am a new hire and I am so excited to spend the year with your kids and getting to know them!

I enjoy being around kids and I am looking forward to building relationships with each kid at ASA this year! I love helping them to be creative and curious and I am so excited to keep learning about child care and helping kids grow.

I love sports and at HHS I play Varsity Basketball. I am a new hire at ASA and I am very excited. I love being around kids and I am looking forward to getting to know each and every single one this year!
