This past weekend, two HHS programs powerfully demonstrated our Core Covenant of Community.
Wrestling hosted the Battle of the Bridge, a massive two-day tournament and the program’s primary fundraiser. With 7 mats, 16+ teams, and countless moving parts, this event succeeded because of incredible teamwork—from coaches, HS and youth wrestlers, and parents who volunteered their time and energy to support the program and each other.
Boys C-Team Basketball also showed what it means to give back by volunteering to officiate games at the Hockinson Community Ed Youth Tournament at HMS. Their willingness to serve younger athletes reflects leadership, mentorship, and Hawk pride in action.
Thank you to both groups for living out what it means to build community and represent HHS with pride—on and off the court and mat.
