• Medical physicals are required to play sports.

• They are good for 24 months and must be administered by a Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), Physician’s Assistant (PA), or Naturopathic Physician.
