Charlie Varney, HHS student,  earns  Greater Clark County Youth Service Award.

Hockinson was well-represented at the May 20 Cascadia Technical Academy (CTA) Awards Reception. Seniors Brian Webster and Robbie Matheson were both recognized as Distinguished Graduates. Webster and Matheson are enrolled in the academy's Pre-Electrical and Fire Science programs, respectively. Earlier this spring, a third member of the HHS Class of 2025 was also in the spotlight: Charlie Varney, a standout in CTA's Aviation program, received the Greater Clark County Youth Service Award.

Brian Webster

Webster enrolled in CTA's inaugural Pre-Electrical program based in Woodland, WA. He will be pursuing a career as a commercial electrician after high school.

Robbie Matheson

Matheson served as a Crew Chief in CTA's Fire Science program. He will be attending college next year in preparation for a career in firefighting.

Charlie Varney

Varney excelled in the CTA Aviation Science & Technology program. She was recently honored for her involvement in school activities, leadership, and volunteerism.
