Congratulations to HHS Senior Brooke Roberts. In February, Roberts learned that she was awarded a Pacific Lutheran University Presidents Scholarship, a top scholarship offered by PLU. The President’s Scholarship is an additional $4,000 per year scholarship that stacks on top of her $31,000 per year academic scholarship!
According to Melody Ferguson, the school's Dean of Admission, "Brooke was selected based on academic achievement, co-curricular involvement, service and leadership, as well as potential to effect positive change and leadership in both the academic and co-curricular life of our university." Ferguson added, "The recipients of these top scholarships this year have a cumulative average weighted GPA of 4.11."
