Extracurricular clubs at Hockinson Heights Elementary School provide students with an avenue to explore their interests, build friendships, and keep learning after school. Currently, HHES offers two clubs: sports club (2nd/3rd grades) led by AmeriCorps member Kyle Peterson, and Marble Run Club (4th/5th grades) led by 5th-grade teacher Justine Warunek-Lanethe.
Demand for after school programs at HHES is high. Each club is currently able to support about 20 students due to supervision limitations, and nearly 50 students are on the sports club waitlist.
